FUTURE IMMUNOTHERAPIES IN MULTIPLE MYELOMA

CAR T cell therapies for MM have remarkable overall response rates in heavily pre-treated
relapsed/refractory myeloma populations. While the current adoptive cellular therapies are a huge
leap forward in this difficult to treat advanced disease setting, patients commonly relapse. We will
discuss future advances to cellular therapies that may improve the durability of responses with a focus
on mitigating antigen escape/antigen low reservoir mediated relapse.
