Conclusion: These results demonstrate that peripheral blood monocyte subset distribution at
CMML diagnosis delineates a small subgroup of CMML patients with a very poor outcome,
including shorter OS and AMLFS and emphasizes the usefulness of flow cytometry analysis of
peripheral blood cells at CMML diagnosis.
