transformation is by far the most common type of LT, whereas only a few cases of
lymphoblastic transformation have been reported in the literature.
Our patient presented 2 abnormal clones (one of myeloid and one of lymphoid origin)
suggesting the co-existence of two independent clones. Moreover, a coincidental occurrence
of these two neoplasms may not be excluded.
