FRONTLINE INCORPORATION OF BiTEs AND ADCs IN CHILDHOOD ALL TRIALS

In this presentation, Dr. Gore will briefly review the history of BiTEs and ADCs in the context of
childhood ALL. She will discuss issues and challenges with immunotherapy advancements and in the
translation of immunotherapies to childhood ALL and review some current trials and results including
blinatumomab in relapse and new frontline therapy and use of ADCs for childhood ALL.
