Conclusion:
The rate of complete remission of ALL in adults remains unsatisfactory despite the diagnostic
and therapeutic progress observed in recent years, our study was limited by patients lost to
follow-up and deaths on diagnosis. Much work remains to be done, however, in cytogenetics
and molecular biology in order to determine the prognostic groups.
