complicating quantitative analysis.
Conclusion: We herein demonstrate that combined BCL-2 and PI3K/AKT signaling inhibition
evokes potential synergistic effects in B-ALL cells. Particularly the combination of venetoclax
and perifosine showed significant antileukemic results and induction of apoptosis. These
findings warrant further mechanistic investigation and in vivo studies.
