Conclusion : KAN0441571C is the second generation of a small molecule ROR1 tyrosine kinase
inhibitor which is effective in inducing apoptosis in vitro of ibrutinib sensitive or resistant CLL
cells as well as of venetoclax resistant cells. Combination of KAN0441571C and venetoclax
acted synergistically in inducing apoptosis of Btk mutated CLL cells in vitro. Our results support
the further development of ROR1 small molecule inhibitors as a new therapeutic principle in
CLL as well as in other B-cell malignancies.
